GFCI outdoor, mutiple location, middle of run. Only reading 100v, what could be the reason for this?

| My best guess would be a high resistance connection somewhere.

| Go to the beginning of this run and check all connections then go through each one, somewhere you will find a loose or bad connection.

| If you are using a digital multimeter.
Measure using a wiggy or a simpson and see if you truely have 100 volts. They will not measure trace induced voltages like a digital meter will.
