raiderjoe I WAS INSTALLING A 1/2" PIPE IN APANEL WHICH ALREADY HAD SEVERAL PIPES INSTALLED.I HAD TO MAKE ROOM FOR MY PIPE SO I MADE A 30DEGREE OFFSET,BUT WHEN I PUT IT UP I CAME UP SHORT.I DIDN'T ADD FOR MY SHRINKAGE I GUESS???I HOPE I'M MAKING SENSE!(new member)
JimmyDee On a 30° bend, you will loose 1/4" for every inch of OS you make on 1/2" conduit. You can precut and come out close.

lctrc789 Jimmy is right you will loose a small portion of pipe for each offset, and when it comes to such tight pipe bending and so small just try to get as close as you can and if necessary plan on it being a little long and cut the end off. 1/2 pipe should be easy to adjust and cut to length and don't worry it has happened to even the old timers lOl
smokumchevy Here's a good site on conduit bending:
