	Subject - Best way to protect industrial equipments samwls Hello guys, could somebody tell me what is the best solution for industrial equipments protection? i.e. it will protect the equipments from being failure due to unstable voltage sources or lightning strike, etc. as i know so far is to fix the lightning arresters on circuit breakers of the incoming power supply of the equipments, besides this, is there any other better way to do for it? JimmyDee One of the best filters for high speed spikes is a transformer. If the machine has a bunch of electronic equipment on it, running the feed power through a 1 to 1 transformer is great. I also install MOVs on all the lower voltage stuff and circuits in the machine. Jim
