	Subject - Fluorescent Lamp Ballast Steve M I was reading about changing a magnetic ballast with an electronic ballast and saw the following, "Instant start ballasts require the lamp sockets to have both pins of the bi-pin socket shorted together.". What does that mean? Thanks! smokumchevy Can you post the source (link) of this info? most manufacturers offer a schematic that may be more clear. -Greg
