Subject - Replacing Outlet & Wall Switch
Cherraco
I was running my jacuzzi and a portable heater at the same time, but several different times. I kept have to reset my breaker switch. Finally, the overhead lights in the hallway, bathroom and walk-in closet stopped working completely. Along with 2 outlets in my master bedroom, then they would work again and then stop again. But meanwhile the outlet in my bathroom works and the switch works. I have personally replaced the breaker switch, 2 outlets, and 1 wall switch. I tested them and it keeps coming up open neutral. I thought this would fix the problem but it didn't. What do I need to do?

I have not checked the switches in the hallway, bathroom. My jacuzzi plugged into 1 of the switches that stopped working.
Scott Vickrey You have burned a connection in some junction box somewhere. Sometimes it makes contact and sometimes it doesn't. This is a dangerous situation (fire hazard) call an electrician! You have probably damaged the wiring and some will need to be replaced. This is why you don't continue to reset a tripping breaker without fixing the problem.
