bbcat80 Buss bars for corrosive environment

I am going to design buss bars which are used in corrosive environment. Are there any suggestions for the materials or treatment that make the bars resist corrsion better?

The buss bars are used in small circuit system about 40-50A, and the size is about 25mm X 150mm X 3mm.

Thanks for any advices.
JimmyDee I think copper is the material of choice but needs to be protected by some type of sealing material like Scotch Guard. If it were me I probably would wrap liberally with a self vulcanizing rubber type tape and cote with a compatible sealing material. I know that copper will react with chlorine or chlorine dioxide but once the copper has oxidized on the surface, it holds up fairly good. An acid atmosphere I not so sure about.
