im adding a subpanel (100 amp) from a new service (200 amp)
Do i need a bond from panel to panel?
Do i need to seperate the neutral and equipment ground on the sub-panel?
I am also useing the old panel(60 amps) in the house as a sub-panel. It only has a 3 wire system 2 hots and a neutral.Do i need to change the old panel too?And add a equipment ground. Then seperate the grounds from the neutrals?I hope not.

| nevermind.......i bonded the sub-panels to the main sevice and seperated the equipment and neutrals in both sub-panels.......guess it was a dumb question.

| Probably could have gotten by with installing a 4 wire to the 100amp in garage and leaving the 60 amp alone. Pending on the AHJ in your area. I guess you had mains feeding both panels from main panel.

| Can you give me some information about star delta starter. Its working principle, line diagram, its operation and its use on different types of motors?
