The company I work for got a job to wire a new residence 3200 sq. ft. there is an existing service on site attached to a pool house 200amp only half full. With conservitive calculations I can get 100 amps on dwelling but the customer wants 200 amps in dwelling. I have an idea how to do this but I would appriciate any input from the sparkys on this site.

| Use 230.90 Exception 3 and tell him he has 200 amps. :)

| I would install a new service at the new building,(probably a 320 amp)then sub feed to the pool house panel.
If the owner says its too much money, then just put a new 200 amp on the house.
