	Subject - 1 1/2 h.p sprinkler pump Joseph Grimley Installed a new sprinkler pump. The wiring from the house (230) had the black as neutral, the red and white to the power. We wired the new pig tale to match the female. Also in the motor housing wired the black to the neutra (green) red and white to the power screws. We get a shock if we touch the motor housing. What is the problem?? David Hyatt Don't know or sure have an electrician check this for you. You may end up blowing the new motor. Let somone with the proper testing tools come check it for you.
