I have worked on different voltages but not on 3 phase 460 volt and I was wondering what the voltage was on each leg? and on two legs? And is there a difference between 460 and 480?

| 480 is a nominal voltage. The difference between 460 and 480 volts is 20 volts.
Sorry, couldn't help myself. For practical purposes the two listed voltages are the same. In a 480 volt wye the line voltage is 480 and the phase voltage (hot to neutral) is 277 volts or 480 volts divided by 1.732(square root of 3).
