Subject - basement remodel
Smrtaxx im currently remodeling a basement and usaully have a 15a circuit already for lights and also a spare in panel, along with 1 gfci per code, this bsmnt has all lights 3-way stairs, 3-way all over lights powered from smoke detector, i have never seen that before, also this one has a bth room, can i run a 20amp crct, with gfci in a split series, county requires gfci in bathroom and in bedroom, or can i split main incoming to gfci and run bedroom, then another section run gfci near utilty sink and 1 outlet and last run gfci in bathrrom, or does bathrrom have to be seperate,
blackrd bathroom gfci oulet has to be dedicated circuit, while the lighting can be on the general lighting circuit. The other way to do it is the bathroom gfcicircuit supplys only bathroom and only bathroom, lights, fan, heater, etc. No appearance of that circuit outside of bathroom.
Smrtaxx i understand 1 gfci in bathrrom wil be dedicated circuit, my other question is on 1 circuit can u juction out 3 ways, 1 to 4 outlets in open area, 1 to gfci in bdroom with 2 outlets follow, and 1 above utility sink not in bathroom follwed by 2 outlets,
