	Subject - License Considered otisred This is my first post,but I was wondering what is the City of Philadelphia Electrical Contractor License considered.Is it a journeyman license or a Master electricians license,or none of the above. lctrc789 Welcome to the forum, I would say that you need to contact them and see what their requirements are.... Where I live they have both, masters licenseing and residential.. residential being you cannot do any structure larger than a duplex. It is possible someone on here lives in that area and can tell you.
