Subject - My Fav Tool
Wirenutz is this little magnet that attaches to my toolbelt suspenders , when i have to climb ladders i'll have those pertinent screws placed right there readily available
(well that's MY interpetation anyways)

and what's your fav tool?

~do keep it at least PG guys....

~W~
eric240v The "Knack Knife" is by far my favorite gadgety type tool. I can slice with total reckless abandon not caring about how much I'm dulling my blade because click-click-click there's the next blade. Awesome. Oh yeah I really love having a touchless voltage sensor. I use it way more than I should of course but I always test it with something I know is live first.
Ryan_J My conduit reamer/hooded screwdriver was probably my favorite.

Now my favorite tool is my pen
CooCooMike Well guys I am a screwdriver /pliers/ruler/wiggy kind of guy. Never cared to much for a pouch. Lots of guys use roto strips but I stand firmly by my hacksaw. Rotos are to one dimensional, you can only use them to strip mc/bx and only certain sizes at that, hack saw will cut 99% of anything I will come across including all sizes of mc. Now that they came out with al. mc 2 swipes and I am thru. Knife and tape in pocket and good to go.
stedder I really like my segmented fiberglass fish rod, goes straight to where you point it (although sometimes the coil of 1/8 " steel can't be beat) nut drivers save alot of time too, I like all my tools.
Romex Racer I like my cell phone. I keep it in my pouch and handle calls real time while supervising my crew. I keep every concievable number programmed in, building and safety, everything. By the time I get home in the evening, I'm all caught up on the phone calls.

I *also* love my touchless voltage sensor...
jcarl hello everyone,
tools, where to start? i really enjoy my 18volt dewalt set, but its getting to the point of having to many tools,i had the oppurtunity recently to go through my extra stuff and give it to a very low paid apprentice. now where was that extra 605-6
Electricman Just got my Millwaukee job site radio, this thing has a better sound system then most cars(thump thump) Helps drown out the sounds of helpers saying "but I dont wanna stay late"
blackrd Ive had my Geenlee wiggy style voltage/continuity tester for 16 years. Its kind of beat up, but Im afraid if I replace it, Ill jinx the new one and lose it.
Romex Racer I want to vote a second time. I like my Dewalt job radio that blasts Black Sabbath tunes and charges batteries at the same time! I've noticed that Bosch has one that has several GFI recepticles to plug cords into. Sweet!
greenelectric My old beater flat screwdriver and me cell phone
Bruce K my Klein 10-1 screwdriver, my boss hates it but I love it, saves from having to search for drivers
sparky13 I always liked my back pockets , never carrying a pouch and all. I will agree Bruce 10 in 1 is great. Now that I carry that and a pen.
I was talking to a contractor. He takes a Sharpie pen cuts a groove in the felt to mark white ungrounded conductors 3 ways and such. I thought that was pretty neat.
