Subject - switching augers

I am using two bindicator switches to show levels in two dust disposal bins and they work fine except when I pull out a full bin.
When I pull out the full bin it switches to the other bin as it should but as soon as I put in the empty it switches back and never fills the other bin.I need to see if anyone can help me latch the bin so that the bin will fill and then switch to the other bin.
