I know nothing about electrical stuff. So I though I'd ask my question here. I'm trying to make a lighting setup for live shows with my band. Basically I want one of those colored flood lights with the adapter that makes it plug straight in to a power outlet at each members feet(there's 4 of us). I want to have 4 footswitches by me so I can turn each one on and off at different parts of the song. I drew up a diagram to help better understand what I'm talking about. Any help is greatly appreciated. Here's the link to the pic: http://www.1908.com/bulb.jpg

| low voltage show lights have been in vouge for a while now time808, less stage heat, less hassle, either way you need 4 switches , which you could run all from one box
problem is, i think you'd really need something band-proof (almost like kid proof, but 5 X the whinnig involved) , i'm thinking something nema rated , which runs into $$$
sure you wouldn't enetrtain low V ? less $$$, probably less static interference with the sound equip, not to mention a very low body count (btw~our codes are written in blood )
