I am currently enrolled in an online program studying to be an electrician. I don't have time to go to school at night because I have a three year old son who lives with me full time. Which is the reason I started the online course. I am wondering are these types of courses worth taking or not, although I guess it doesn't really matter because now I'm committed.Does anyone have any information that would be helpful for me when I complete the course only logical suggestions please.

I do not have any experience with an online course. I have never taken one or had an applicant list one as experience. If you want to become an electrician, the course can't hurt. All you will need to do is apply yourself, and an electrician you will become. I learned the hard way, OTJ training. I wish you the best, and if I can be of any help, I would be more than willing.
