	Subject - electrical help catch22mom what is the amporage rating for a 3 phase,6 ton480 volt,hvac unit with 9kw electrical heat strips. thanks Pierre Belarge Did you take a look at the label provided with the unit to see the amperage rating? Pierre catch22mom there is no label with that would you happen to know the amporage. lctrc789 Catch without the label it is hard to say what you have for sure but the heating elements should be about 20 amps or so and at 6 ton just guessing with 480 volts I wouldn't think over 30 amps but again really need a plate rating for sure
