Subject - OSHA Defenses
OSHA Atty My name is William Brewster. I am an OSHA attorney (aka pencil neck) and President of Condor OSHA Guides, www.oshaguide.com, a publisher of occupational safety and health manuals.

I am a new member to the group and am just notifying you of what our manuals are all about. The manuals discuss OSHA inspections, inspection tips and employer defenses to OSHA citations. The manuals are on CD-ROM or can be downloaded immediately for those special occasions when OSHA is waiting in the lobby or has just driven onto the construction site.

The manuals are featured on amazon.com. What separates our manuals from the rest is the depth of information provided. Most manuals merely cut and paste the safety codes and add some brief commentary. Our manuals discuss actual cases with actual employers. You can learn about past successes and past failures made by other employers facing similar OSHA issues.

Manuals are available for all federal OSHA jurisdictions (about 29 US states and territories), California, Oregon & Washington. Manuals for Alaska, Hawaii and Maryland are currently in development. Within the next couple of years we should have all 50 states covered (and possibly Canada as well).

Be safe out there.
