Subject - Commercial garage change for hazardous locations

There is a nice change in article 2005 that removes the area under the garage as a classified area. The intent being that if the conduit is underground or encased in concrete, there will not be enough oxygen present to propogate flame.
I think this is a great change and should result in a lot less sealing fittings being required.
Bare in mind though, that this is specific to garages and does not apply to gas stations, which are still consided hazardous, even when underground.
