I am looking to get into a different field of electrical. i would like to start doing home Automation. Anyone have any ideas on how to do this? I don't know of any companies here in Denver that do this. Plus I am out of work right now. So anything would be great. thanks josh

| Electrical wiring and structured wiring for home automation and low voltage systems need to be kept separated. When installing you should keep all phone and tv wiring 1 foot apart to insure non-interference. It's best to study both as one affects the other in many situations. Look at Smarthome panels and x-10 home automation systems. there are lots of options. I think Smarthome even offers dealer/business opportunities with training.
