I have a plug on my camper that is for a 50 amp service. The plug has four prongs on the plug. I want to add a female plug to be able to have power at home for clean up after returning with it. I have a 70 amp load center with a double pole 50 amp breaker installed. How do I connect the four wires to the breaker? Does the ground go to the load center ground and the top center wire(Prong) go to nuetral and the two side wires(Prongs) go to the bottom lugs on the breaker?

| The wires from the breaker go to the two brass screws. The silver screw is the neutral and connects to the neutral bar in the panel. The green screw is of coarse the ground and connects to the ground bar in the panel. Is this a sub-panel(fed from a main panel)?

| Yes, this is a sub panel. My main question was is the wiring sequence as I discribed in the original topic. When you have a four wire plug do they connect in the sequence of the ground to the panel ground - neutral is normally the top prong and connects to the neutral bar of the load center - the two side prongs are the power source and connect to the lower breaker screw connectors, one on each pole of the breaker? Thank you for your quick reply. Paul

| From what I can tell from how I read it, Yes.
