	Subject - Tesla show tonight on PBS Scott Vickrey PBS will be showing the story of Nicola Tesla tonight at 9pm central. Who was Nikola Tesla? Nikola Tesla was one of the greatest electrical inventors who ever lived. His technological achievements transformed America from a nation of isolated communities to a country connected by power grids where information was available upon demand. In the 20th century, it was Tesla's technology that united the United States and eventually the world. PBS has put up an interesting site about Tesla and the show. "Tesla: Master of Lightning" JimmyDee Nikola Tesla has done more for the electrical field that just about any other inventor. His work on transformers, poly phase motors and AC motors and generators has given us the life style we enjoy today. If we would have stayed with Edison, we would still be using DC for everything. The sad part of Tesla is he died without any money and made others rich with his inventions. Jim
