	Subject - Figuring Cost Plus Rates CTBigman Hello, we have just been approached for a large design build project on a 1+ year time frame. the Architect wants cost plus numbers , we have not done this type of work and wonder how to calculate a fair profit. the job is in CT Thanks for any input Pat@amber CT, You might start by reading Marc's last post in the "consultants for the electrical industry" thread. It should give you a really good idea of how to calculate your true costs and then add the proper profit margin (thanks Marc).
