I was changing the light bulbs (3) in my overhead kitchen light, as I removed the last bulb, there was a flicker then no power to the sockets, subsequently a ceiling fan upstairs lost power to the light socket but the fan still runs? These do not appear that they would be on the same circuit and if they are they are not the only lights on the circuit. I am really confused, checked all the circuit breakers, they appear to be fine. Please help, I have no more theories as to what is going on. John |
| kbsparky | Sounds like a loose wire-nut in your kitchen light, probably on the neutral. You may have to remove that light, and check all the connections in the junction box above. |
