My plant uses a Executone 65w amp to power a bunch of horn speakers around the plant. They have the output of the amp wired on the 20v tap to the speakers. the speakers are wired in parallel. The total length of the wire run is probably several hundred feet. The volume falls off about half way so someone added another amp in-line to boost the rest of the speakers. this dosen't look right because you are feeding the output of one amp into the input of another. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks Doug

| You could take one of the transformers off of a speaker and hook it up backwards and attenuate that input to your second amp. Lenny

| No problem with that or safety issues either. Just attenuate w transformer (as suggested above) or use resistor divider and drive another amp.
