	Subject - service entrance2 awg ONEWYR1180 How big of a service is 2 awg good for. boccinono I can't answer that question directly, because i dont know if it is a copper or aluminum conductor. I dont know what type of insulation is on it. But, a #2 awg copper is good for a 100 amp service, and a # 2/0( pronounced 2 ought) aluminum is good for a 100 amp service.
