Subject - Wire my band saw motor

I took out my old Delta band saw motor to clean it up (old GE AC single phase 4 pole) and now I want to wire it correctly. It's got 4 poles and I'm pretty sure the #1 and 2 pole was hooked up to a standard 2 wire plug. Is this how I should wire it? Is another pole a ground that I can use a 3-wire plug?

| you have two windings, right? parallel them for 120V and series them for 240V, but it would be nice if you had more input than just mine.

| Even though now it's to late but a little in sight for the DIY people when ever you are gonna disconect any electricl equipment like motors and transformers it's always good to draw up a simple digram of the wiring befor doing so.

| We will need to know if it is a dual-voltage motor, and if so, what voltage you want to connect it for. There is also the matter of correct rotation. How many leads does it have?
