According to Inc. Magazine, March 2005 page 40, "Customer relationship management was one of the big hits and then a disappointment of the internet boom. Now it is back and worth another look" I guess you would need some kind of CRM if you sell service agreements so you can keep track of who has signed up when they call back later, so you can give them the discount.


Does any one use caller ID?

I want the caller's data information to pop up on the screen when they call in. There is some software that does that. Has any one tried it?
