	Subject - Troubleshoot question CaApprentice Hello, I have a test for a new position at my plant. Couls someone help me with this? 1. you are called to a water pumping plant because a pump is failint to operate. As you enter the plant you notice that some of the lights are dim. My helping to skew this information would not be helpful to either party. Jim lctrc789 I agree with Jimmy the 1st thing would be the phase to phase voltage then phase to ground on each point. Check the main gear then move from there, possibly a tranformer down at one side.
