	Subject - 4 wire 3 phase jerryrig Can 4 wire (480vac 3 phase with a neutral) electrical heating be operated on a 3 wire 3 phase system (No neutral)? If so, what rewiring needs to be done on the heaters? Thank you very much!!! Jerryrig JimmyDee We need a few more facts to answer. Are the heating elements 277 volts or 480. Are they using the neutral for anything in the heating unit? It would help if you could e-mail a picture of the schematic of the unit to Scott or me and we can tell you what needs to be done. Jim
